We are an innovative web design agency working with clients across town and around the world. In order to do that we also offer graphic and print design, commercial photography, SEO, and web hosting and support services.
To us it does not matter if you are a super big agency, a fresh start-up, a very small business or just someone with an idea or an unfinished idea about a project. We charge a flat project fee based on the scope, time line and other requirements. Ongoing campaigns and support are billed monthly. All other services are billed by the hour. We also offer discounts to non-profits, and at times even donate certain services.
Product and fashion shoots and simple designs take around a week or less. Small websites can be completed in a month or less. Larger websites and e-commerce stores take about two months. Content creation can add extra time.
Because of the type of work we do, and the way we do it, having actual offices became more of an inconvenience than a benefit. Our virtual team works online with our global clients. We meet in co-working spaces or cafes as available, but most of our work is done without actually meeting with our clients in person.
Our innovative web design team works from multiple locations in Asia, North America, and Europe. Therefore we interact with our clients via email, chat, Skype, and virtual meetings. We start with an in-depth client consultation and discovery process, followed by strategy development, web design iterations, and pre-launch testing. The launch of a new site or campaign is followed by performance tracking and reporting to the client.
Yes, of course! Many of our clients, especially small businesses, are still very unfamiliar with the online world. We can help you determine exactly what type of website and content you need, and how to get it. All you have to do is top reach out, and tell us about your business and your vision. We can show you how to do the rest, or do it for you. It won’t hurt a bit, we promise!
Yes, absolutely! We can meet with you over coffee and talk about where you are in regards to your online presence and digital marketing, and the results you hope or want to achieve. You can ask as many questions as you like, and we will do our best to answer them all. And if we don’t have an answer when we meet we will do some more research and let you know what we can find out. Don’t worry, you are not alone; we are here to help!
We are a small business ourselves, and we understand that especially small businesses have pretty strict budget requirements. As a result we know how to stretch your budget. We can create a basic small business website for as little as $ 1,000.00, and others of our services are available for as little as $ 75.00 / hour. We suggest that you contact us with your specific budget requirements and we promise to do the very best we can to help you. In the meantime we will sharpen some pencils!
Hey, we get it! And frankly we are not smart enough to speak mumbo jumbo jargon. So we prefer to talk to our clients in plain English. Of course, there are other options. If you prefer you can talk to us in German, French, Japanese, or even Chinese. But rest assured, no matter what your preferred language is, we do offer plain and simple communication in all of them. After all, we want to help you, not confuse you even more!
Small files can be emailed directly. Larger files, multiple images, and website files are compressed and uploaded to cloud storage such as Dropbox. We can ship print projects and files on CD / DVD via USPS, UPS, FedEx or local delivery.
We can help you determine what kind of content you need to attract and convert your target audience. But just because we blog ourselves does not mean we would be effective at creating your content. But if you need help in that regard we do know a few copywriters!
Images should be hi-res PSD, TIFF or JPEG files. Graphics are best as Illustrator native or EPS files. All text content needs to be provided as editable Word docs. We can also take your existing web content for an additional charge.
Yes, no problem at all. We can host your website ourselves, or we can recommend a third party host for your business. Once you decide where you want to keep your site we will move it there, make sure it is all set-up correctly, and fully functional. After that we can provide you with a variety of maintenance options depending on your specific needs. All you have to do is reach out to us!
Yes, we have many ways to get Google, Bing, and other search engines to take notice of your business website in a good way. We don’t allow any shady Black Hat practices around here, so our efforts may take a little while to show results. But they will be long-term and sustainable instead of getting you penalized. Simply reach out to us and we can explain the benefits of responsive design, content marketing, and social media. And if you need the phone to ring right away we can help you with PPC campaigns and AdWords as well.
Yes, we speak Google, Bing, and even some Yahoo! Our SEO team can help you set up Google Analytics, or do it for you. After that we will help you understand exactly who is visiting your site, what they are looking at, and what you can do to keep them coming back for more. If you prefer we can track and tweak your website performance for you and provide you with monthly updates. All of the benefits, and none of the headaches! Doesn’t that sound good?
Social media is a great way to reach new audiences. But depending on what you want to achieve some social networks may work better for you. Tell us a bit about your business and we will help you determine the best social platforms for you, and help you set up and optimize your profile pages. But just because we are social ourselves does not mean we are able to run your social media campaigns.
Yes, definitely. We can show you what type of content is most effective for you, how to best implement it on your site, develop an editorial calendar to time your posts, and even help you track your blog and social analytics.
We are located in the historic Pioneer Square district of Seattle. We love it there because it has lots of great cafes and coffee shops. Our favorites are Caffe Umbria, Elm Street Coffee Roasters, Zeitgeist Kunst und Kaffee, and Cherry Street Coffee House. But you can also meet the highly caffeinated team at an Uptown Espresso, Storyville Coffee, Cafe Vita, or Cafe Ladro location near you. In Bellevue you can usually find us at The French Bakery or Top Pot Donuts.
When we started our agency in 2004 we were looking for a cool innovative space that we could afford! And Pioneer Square in Seattle was our ideal neighborhood to start our agency! It is eclectic and funky, just like us. There are tons of places to eat, drink, and meet clients. And if we need a break or creative inspiration there are art galleries, parks, and many other fun places to hang out. And as our agency expanded we always locate in funky and artistic neighborhoods, with awesome food and espresso options!
One day two of us were hot and thirsty, and in dire need of a pick-me-up! We stopped by one of our favorite coffee spots, and ordered two quadruple iced mochas, in pint glasses yet! We popped in the straws and 30 seconds later the glasses were empty. We looked at each other, and commented: “WOW, we really are #highlycaffeinated!” And the hashtag and tagline was born. We love it!
